School Lunch Ideas

He asked for a PB&J. Do you believe it? He’s been SO anti-sandwich for so long I was shocked. Apparently by thinly cutting off the crust I’ve converted my sandwich hating child to an entire lunch eating monster!

Some battles are just not worth fighting. :)

This totally cracks me up because I was eating a sandwich for lunch today and thought about our previous convo regarding crust. My bread today was SO dry & bitter (crust is almost always bitter to me) and I was squinching up my face with every bite of the crust. I ended up peeling it off. LOL Those peppers look so good! The ones in our stores lately have all been really wrinkly and gross, but hopefully soon we'll be getting good produce again.

Hey, whatever gets him to eat it is okay in my book! I wish I could get on board with eating peppers raw like that. I've seen that clear case with the small peppers and I've bought them but I'm just not a fan of them raw. Really wish I was, they're so good for you.
