Sorry again for the short hiatus from lunches. I’ve made a few but nothing spectacular to note. I’m finding it challenging to make 2 kid lunches with different tastes and different needs using stuff I have on hand. The leftover route like today was great. Last night we had 2 boneless turkey tenderloins and the kids love the leftovers cubed up. It makes a great protein and then I just try to pair with a variety of healthy sides.

It worked! Both kids ate great! Although Ryan did admit to be tired of peppers. Who can blame him? They’ve been my go to since I knew he liked them so much. Guess it’s time to switch things up!
