Do you cook the shelled edamame and broccoli or are they raw? I have not had edamame in ages. What a healthy looking lunch. Gives me some ideas for my adult lunch bag. It is getting too repetitious.

my toddler always was a fan of pnut butter and fruit (i used strawberry ..natural not sweetened) mini sandwiches cut into shapes with my cookie cutters.

i think you could cut cheese with cookie cutters.

as for veggies...that was a hard one with my toddler, but honestly, green beans were always eaten!
