What Came Home?
So I caved and cut the crust off. I was hoping —as some of you suggested— that he would actually end up eating more of the sandwich, which he kind of did looking at just one half. In his defense, he rarely eats a whole one so I expected half to come back anyway.
He was quite ecstatic to have the crusts cut off and if it lets me put at least 1 sandwich in his lunch a week without complaint, I’m all for it. I’m not choosing to fight the crust battle. He may have won that one, but I’m still ahead in the overall war of healthy eating. ;)
