It makes the sandwich look just like those “Uncrustables” that you can buy inthe store. It cuts the crusts off and then pinches the sandwich all around the seams to keep all the filling inside. He loves his sandwiches this way and it makes PB&Js a lot less messy to eat :)

I threw the crusts in a freezer bag and made bread pudding or stuffing now and again, which used up some of them at least.
