Not only were they utterly delicious, they were fun to make too! I also substituted Annie’s Homegrown Gluten Free Snickerdoodle Bunny Cookies for grahm crackers because I couldn’t find GF grahm crackers, and it turned out to be a great subtitution! I’m going to make them again this week for the 4th! Thanks again for the idea!

Hopefully I can find the Laughing Cow Cinnamon Cream Cheese, lately I have had no luck at any store I have tried. I sure hope they do not discontimnue it…we all love it!
