Question? One wrap is 165 calories, correct? Not all 6 wraps are a single serving of 165 calories. I know it probably sounds silly but hey you had some pretty low cal ingredients. :)

I researched a little and there it does have an enzyme that can inhibit thyroid function if eaten in large quantities. I don't think 6 leaves is going to hurt me but you're right, not sure i'd eat it raw daily. you could always slightly steam the stems before wrapping if you are worried about it.

I was going to buy some today but wasn't sure what to do with it. So you can just eat it the way it is. I didn't know that.

This looks delicioius. Only 165 calories! That's my kind of meal. I have tried bok choy is a stir fry, but not raw. I certainly will be trying this. Thanks for sharing.

What a great use for bok choy! I'm growing some in our garden, and harvested my first head tonight. Some will go into a stir fry, and the rest I'll mix with shrimp and minced green onions in baked egg rolls. It's wonderful braised, with a little fresh Parmesan shaved on top, too.

Just discovered bok choy through bountiful baskets about a year ago. My favorite was cooking it with some crispy bacon. I agree that it tastes like celery. I will totally be trying this tuna salad variation. Thank you for all your great recipes!
