My husband made this last night and said “go get other recipes from that site. This is one of the best recipes we’ve tried in a while.” Even my 3 year old ate some. We ended up using wild rice because I couldn’t find the instant brown rice.

Glad you brought that up! This would be great with chicken too but to prevent the tough pork make sure not to over cook it. That’s the culprit.

I made this tonight. It’s super delish, but I might recommend using something a little more tender than pork chops. They were a little tough…but super tasty.

Hi Roni! This sounds fabulous :-) can’t wait to try it. We have recently tried peppered pork with peppers and really enjoyed that recipe so I’ll bet this one will be a hit too.
