The Laughing Cow 7 Layer Mexican Wrap

You know that tradition 7 Layer Mexican Dip? The one with the cream cheese, guacamole, salsa, lettuce, cheese, green onion and olives?

Yea. That’s the one. Well I had a craving for it the other day. Well, not exactly for it as I can never make anything the way it’s suppose to be made. Although I don’t think I’m alone in this one. Every place I’ve ever seen the 7 layer dip it was a little different, but the concept is the same–a little cream cheese spiced up with taco seasoning, some cheddar, salsa and anything else you can find in the fridge.

Yesterday I decided to use the dip as inspiration for a wrap and let me tell you… DELICIOUS. The Laughing Cow 7 Layer Mexican WrapSerious YUM. I still can’t get over how filling and cheesy it was. Yet it was light. Yea.. I wouldn’t have believed it either.

Here’s what I did…

These little guys will soon be in a store near you if they aren’t already…
