  • Cream Cheese and Whole Grain Ritz “Sandwiches”
  • Raw Pepper Strips
  • Cut up Pear held together with a rubberband to prevent browning (he eats more that way)
  • Walnuts
  • Water

School Lunch Ideas

He did good today! For those wondering about the crackers and staying crunchy, I asked him and he said they get soft but he likes them that way. He also said the “triangle” ones (Triscuit Thin Crisps) stay crispy but he likes the soft ones better.

    Oh yeah! That reminds me of way back in the day when I ate Ritz at home! They do go a little soft when there's any moisture at all around. I think they also go a little soft in the fridge... Well, I guess it's good he likes them that way! :)

    I am soooo bored with lean cuisines and cans of soup for lunch. I never get up in time to make anything else and I usually don't make enough dinner for leftovers since my eldest is a teenager now and my sister comes to dinner often. I love the lunches you make for Ryan. did you used to make similar lunches for yourself when you commuted to work?

    I did but I didn't have such a cool lunch box! lol I normally brought leftovers or a small sandwich and then tons of snacks (veggies, fruit, yogurt, etc)
