What Came Home?

The tomatoes were a last minute addition after asking Little Guy how we could add more color to his lunch box. We decided to polka dot his meal with bright cherry tomatoes and he thought it was cool. :)
Oh and the only thing left are the pods from the edamame. He’s a big fan.
In case you are wondering, his lunch box is from LaptopLunches.com There's no reason you can't make these style lunches in a traditional lunch box, we just fell in love with the reusable containers. So much so I've become an affiliate! Click the banner below to learn more...

I find myself strangley drawn to the lunch box part of this blog, even though my kids are all grown up. I always have to click on “what came back?” Roni, I began to read you for the weight loss info, then the recipes and now it’s the lunch box thing. I think I need a life.
LOL.
I agree, I always click on the “what came back” link, too! As a chef in training (to be a personal chef), I figure I’ll need to make healthy lunches for kids and just find this site so inspiring for ideas on that. As a kid who grew up on sandwich-chips-fruit lunches my Mom made for me to take to school everyday, I love that you use a wide variety of healthy finger-friendly ingredients in your Bento Boxes.
LouAnne – or I need a life. lol
Thanks Krusticle!
