Ru - The lunch box is insulated but I don't normally add an ice pack. If I want it to stay cold I freeze a little water in the water bottle the night before and then fill the rest with water the next day. It does double duty of keeping the lunch box cold and the water cold too. :)

Hi Roni! I don't know if anyone has asked you about this before, but I was wondering how you keep some foods cold in Ryan's lunchbox? Is there room for an ice pack or two? My daughter isn't in school yet, but I love your ideas and can't wait to use them! Thanks!
