I was just trolling the Internet for leftover turkey recipes. Your turkey quesadillas with gouda sound so great – they’re the winner in our house. I can’t wait to taste them with my leftover, homemade cranberry sauce. Yum:)

One of my favorite sandwich combos is low-sodium turkey + Laughing Cow blue cheese + cranberry sauce (usually Trader Joe’s, which I love because it comes in a jar and not a can) + spinach or arugula. Gouda and leftover Thanksgiving turkey would take it to a new level!
