When all else fails rolled up ham always works. It really is my go-to quick lunch idea for my sandwich hating kid.

In case you are wondering, his lunch box is the Laptop Lunch Bento System in Blue/Lime Alien (click here to see other Bento Style Lunch Box ) There's no reason you can't make these style lunches in a traditional lunch box, we just fell in love with the reusable containers.
