I wanted to email you this YUMMY receipe that i made last night from a Paleo blog. SOOOO easy to make and totally yum. My husband HATES casseroles, stews etc but loved this. :)Did not know how to email you other than this way.
My kids LOVE it when I send them things like this - we call them homemeade lunchables. This is MUCH healthier, 'greener' and definitely less expensive!
