When I saw the title, I thought, "Duh! Who DOESN'T like cold pizza?" Pizza is my husband's trigger food. He just can't stop himself. Sometimes I LOVE pizza and other times not so much... Speaking of pizza... have you ever grilled the crust instead of cooking it in the oven? You grill the crust until it's done [watch it closely so it doesn't burn]. Add toppings and throw it in the oven until the cheese is melted. It's so yummy!!!! It even works with tortillas also.

Does your son have access to a microwave at school or are all of his lunches eaten cold? Only high-schoolers can use the microwaves at our school, which is kind of a bummer and is limiting for my kids. Thanks for your great ideas!
