I LOVE your website! I came across it looking for lentil salad recipes for New Years and I have an 11 month old girl who ate lentils in an Auyervedic joint yesterday she LOVED them! Looking for more yummy things in the future

We started our kids out with lentil when they were young and lentil stew is their favorite food meal now.

Lentils are delicious! I love them. My mom makes the best lentil soup.

Lentils are fantastic! One recipe I like a lot is called Snobby Joes, which are a vegan version of sloppy joes. link to theppk.com I swear that the flavours (not necessarily the texture) are the same as conventional sloppy joes.

I homemade all the baby food for both of my boys and one thing they both loved was lentils with apple sauce. Totally gross to me, but boy they thought it was some amazing stuff. =)

This has very, very little to do with lentils. But! I’ve never actually seen Jack Rabbit beans in the store, but my dad lives in Saginaw, MI, where there’s a Jack Rabbit plant. And this is on top of the building –> link to flickr.com.
