Hi Roni, Just wanted to thank you for this great series. You've also given me some great ideas for packing my own lunch. Really appreciate all your hard work. Courtney Reply

Maybe somehow deviled eggs would go over better? although admittedly a little more work and definitely could be messy... Reply

Ha, I love this! We too have the Bento system (and love it---one of my goals is a completely waste-free lunch...I'm ordering re-usable snack and sandwich bags on Etsy). My daughter loves hardboiled eggs...but only the whites as well. Her yolk came home yesterday too:) It's so encouraging to see other moms packing such healthy, wholesome lunches...I found it very discouraging on my daughter's first day of school to see what some children were bringing for lunch! Haha! Is the yolk thing a texture thing? I learned a different way of boiling eggs that didn't make the yolks chalky, which is often my issue with boiled eggs. :) Reply
