The bus driver found it! I was so happy we got the lunch box back.

Those egg yolk leftovers crack me up every time.
Just a suggestion but could you try giving him an omelette or scrambled eggs for his protein?
That’s what I do for breakfast so he get some yolk then. :) The whites do have protein it’s the other nutrients and fats he’s missing out on by skipping the yolk.
