  • 2 Hard Boiled Eggs with salt & pepper (note: sometimes the yokes come home, sometimes they don’t)
  • Raw sugar snap peas and carrot sticks
  • Seedless black grapes
  • Whole Grain Goldfish
  • Water

What Came Home?

School Lunch Ideas

I told you, sometimes the yokes come back. I still try though. There have been a few times he did eat them or at least part of them.

I bought a small plastic sewing box from Walmart last year. It was only a couple of dollars. Same concept as the Bento box. My son loves lunch like this. Reply

Roni...it would be interesting to see a picture of his open lunchbox when he got home from school, to see what he ate and what he left. I have been so impressed with Ryan's good eating habits (thanks to you), and wish my grandchildren ate that well! Reply

The lunch box is a cooler. Check out the link above. As for snacks it' usually an apple, pretzels, nuts, that sort of thing. It changes based on what we have on hand. Reply
