What Came Home?

I told you, sometimes the yokes come back. I still try though. There have been a few times he did eat them or at least part of them.

I bought a small plastic sewing box from Walmart last year. It was only a couple of dollars. Same concept as the Bento box. My son loves lunch like this.
Thanks for posting these Roni. It helps to have ideas. I wish my son would eat hard boiled eggs!
Roni…it would be interesting to see a picture of his open lunchbox when he got home from school, to see what he ate and what he left. I have been so impressed with Ryan’s good eating habits (thanks to you), and wish my grandchildren ate that well!
Great idea! I can add it just below! I’l try that this afternoon.
Thanks so much for the great school lunch ideas!!!!

I LOVE this new addition to your site! I don’t even have kids and I think this is great.
Did you buy those lunch containers as a set and if so could you tell me where? And thanks for adding this to your site, I have a 7 yo and new ideas are always needed!
Cool, Roni! I’m really impressed with how Ryan eats! GO Ryan!!!
angela – I added the links to the lunch box info above. Thanks for reminding me. I know I’ll get questions about it.
This is so helpful, I’m looking forward to future installments! How do you keep the lunch cold? Ice pack, fridge at school?
I am curious how that stays cold and what he eats for snacks at school?
The lunch box is a cooler. Check out the link above. As for snacks it’ usually an apple, pretzels, nuts, that sort of thing. It changes based on what we have on hand.
