		<description><![CDATA[Made this this morning.  Yum.  I just left it in the skillet, cracked on egg over it and let it cook for a few minutes.  Came out like a poached/unfried fried egg.  Broke the yolk (because I like them a little underdone) and it was fabulous.  I was giving it a chance and so glad I did.  Then I had the second half for lunch, no egg.  Very happy right now.  Thanks for sharing.]]></description>
