What an odd recipe. I don't think I've ever seen quinoa this way. I bet it does taste good and definitely nutritious.

This is pretty good. I think next time I make it i am going to do more of the quinoa with the same amount of fruit. I ended up doubling the recipe so that my daughter could have some too. My husband can't eat the grapfruit due to a medication and my four year old son didn't ask for any, don't think he would have wanted some anyway. I also needed to add more honey to the top of ours when we were eating it because it was too citrusy for us. But, all in all a great recipe.
I had a hard time supreming my grapefruit, though I followed your step-by-step guide. And its very difficult to supreme easy peel oranges! Thanks again for another great recipe!

Sounds good! I'll have to check out the posts about the citrus and the kiwi peel. I didn't know that you could eat the peel! I would only count the Quinoa and honey! The fruit I wouldn't count UNLESS I went up over the 5 servings. I'm going to ck with my WW leader and see what she has to say on the subject.

Mmmmm! My mom introduced me to quinoa as a kid, I only ever had it as a breakfast cereal (she was one of those nutty moms into hot cereal every morning, I swear I've eaten every grain imaginable for breakfast) so I'm always trying to break out of the breakfast role of quinoa but this looks too good so I'll have to try it.
