Just finished eating one of these "burgers". They are delicious and so simple to make! Being a (pesce)vegetarian, it can be difficult to find interesting recipes to keep my taste buds excited while sticking to my dietary preferences- this recipe did the trick! The consistency was pretty good too, which I was concerned about initially. I think I might make more to stick in the freezer...

These are delicious! Quick and easy. I like to mix together some sriracha and mayo with a little spoonful of this super spicy asian chili mixture my boyfriends mom makes. Spread a little spoonful of that on the burger, add a tomato and some spinach leaves and call it a day!

Made this for lunch today. Delicious! Very filling. Didn't have celery salt or peppers and it was still yummy. Question, your nutritional info is with the bun right?

Roni -- these were yummy!! My kids (teenagers) were skeptical, but even they had to admit they were pretty darn good. I'm thinking would also be good made as a tuna loaf and sliced (like meatloaf). Anyway - love, love, LOVE your ideas! Keep em coming! :)
