Joining the discussion LATE but man oh man oh man… I made this tonight – minus the glaze (didn’t have cocoa powder) and I made it in muffins because I didn’t have a bundt pan either…

These are incredibly moist, delicious and beyond wonderful. The only thing I added was 1/4 cup chocolate chips because I didn’t have the glaze…

I will make this OVER and OVER – in fact, I have two more ripe bananas and 1 more package of the vitalicious mix… and honestly, I preferred them with the added banana than without.

Hila – As far as I know they are only available online. Haven’t seen them in the stores at all.

That looks pretty good and the fact that its not bad for you is even better. My bf doesn’t like food either, it drives me nuts. He would pass on cake too. I’m never too full for dessert!! Keep up the great ideas.

Ooooo, I’m making this for our upcoming “ladies” potluck at church! It’s always amazing how many women are counting points at these things and you’d never know until you put something out and tell them how points a serving is!
BTW, I LOVE the pic of Ryan “licking” the cake. I can image his wishing you would stop with the photos and cut the cake. I’d be the same! LOL
