My favorite is a layered salad of romaine, cilantro, chicken (cooked stove top with chili powder), avocado, tomatoes, corn, green onions, pine nuts and feta. Add a dressing of olive oil, lime juice, chili powder and a pinch of salt. Yum!

Feta is good on everything. My favorite way to use feta is in my strawberry and spinach salad with sliced almonds, homemade poppy seed vinaigrette and feta on top.

Feta, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, baby spinach, and red onion with a little olive oil, red wine vinegar, and salt.
Feta, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and red onion mixed with a little bit of plain greek yogurt.

I love feta! I always combine romaine lettuce, feta, red onions, walnuts and a cranberry vinaigrette dressing together for lunches. It’s easy and oh so tasty!

What a great give a way. I love feta cheese and I use it a number of different ways.

I’ll eat Feta in just about anything. My favorite is a feta veggie salad (no lettuce). Use a variety of tomatoes (grape, pear, cherry, etc), thick chunks of english cucumber, red onion, blanched asparagus and zucchini. Add in any veggies you like really. Toss with feta crumbles and your favorite dressing (I make a pesto vinagrette). I’ll also add some shrimp and make it a one-dish meal.

Hi Roni! I just love reading your stuff!
I’d say my favorite use of feta would be in a frittata -tons of veggies, one egg + 3 egg whites, crumbled feta and fresh basil on top – YUM! All that for only 7 pts. It’s a great dinner when I don’t want to eat pizza with the family – or good for brunch on a Sunday morning. And it works – I’m down 146 lbs on WW – I just achieved LIFETIME STATUS on June 27!
Look forward to reading more on your sites!

I love adding feta into a Mediterranean Pasta salad that I make (red onion, feta, peppers, cucumber, tomato, past and sundried tomato, feta and oregano salad dressing)

Where I went to school in Ann Arbor, Michigan there was a place called Fleetwood Diner that was famous for its “Hippie Hash”. It’s hashbrowns cooked up with broccoli, tomatoes, onions, and other veggies and then topped with feta cheese. The addition of feta on top really makes it out of this world! My absolute favorite breakfast :)

My summer favourite is watermelon, mint, basil, and feta over spinach over field greens with a fresh balsamic vinaigrette.

    Summery, refreshing and simple!

  15. Brandy

I love the classic greek salad with lots of feta and pepperonchini!

Love all your recipe ideas. Wish I was as creative!

  16. Jennie

I usually just toss Romaine and tomatoes with a fast balsamic oil and mustard vinaigrette then sprinkle (or dump ;)) feta on top.
I bet that blackberries or boysenberries with feta would be yummy!

  17. Sharon

A like to make a nice pasta salad. Bowtie pasta, feta, sun dried tomatoes, olives, pine nuts, capers and balsamic dressing.

Grilled Portabella Mushroom Greek Salad — basically it’s a greek salad (cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, feta cheese) with grilled portabella mushrooms added.
