		<description><![CDATA[Got me thinking so I went in the fridge.  I used whole grain bread, skinny cow cheese, bottled roasted green peppers, spinach leaves, basil from the garden and basalmic vinegar.  What a great, low cal way to add taste an moisture.  Great idea Roni.]]></description>
