		<description><![CDATA[i made my own version of this last night and it wowed a crowd!! i made this &quot;hawaiian style&quot; by adding a can of pineapple chunks instead of tomatoes and a couple of chopped jalapenos, some ginger, and cumin and an onion. it was absolutely delicious!! without your recipe to give me the guidance it never would have happened! a definite keeper you should try it out! thanks roni.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Thanks so much for this great recipe!  I&#039;ve never added rice to any of my crockpot meals before so this was my first one pot wonder. I had to modify the spices a little to use what we had on hand (cumin, oregano &amp; garlic powder) but it tastes fabulous and I can&#039;t wait to have the leftovers for lunches this week.
