Tried these out - but I second guessed you Roni to my own detriment :) I thought the spices seemed like SO MUCH so I only used about half - and naturally found them a little bland.. That will teach me! I am going to make them again your way! I did bake in the oven for about am hour though- I wanted them extra crispy.

The Indian curry version of garbanzo beans called 'CHOLE' is also very easy to make and tastes heavenly. Just saute onions and tomatoes (cut in small pieces) and then add the ginger and garlic (powder or paste) with other spices like red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder (garam masala if you like) and finally add the canned garbanzo beans. Cook for a few minutes until the beans have absorbed the different tastes and enjoy.

I haven't eaten breakfast yet and I'm salivating! I'm making these today. One question; is the ginger fresh or dried from the jar? Thanks :)

I made these last night, like you, I ate half while they were cooking. These are my new favorate treat! Hot/cold-both taste great.

By the way Roni your "toddler approved" items are also college defensive end approved aswell. I trick my boyfriend and feed him off of that menu weekly! Thanks for this website, I love it!

Roni, I stumbled upon your website today when I googled, "how to cut a butternut squash". I'm not good in the kitchen at all, so I was seeking help - and I found your video on YouTube! I really liked how you talked it through (super easy for someone that is scared of the kitchen) and you demo'd it so well!!! I found your website and have been reading it all day at work! I'm totally inspired! THANK YOU!!! I needed inspiration, so I'm really excited to have found you!!! I have told all my friends about my fun find, so I'm sure you have a lot of new fans today!!!

What a great website...I can't wait to try your recipes!!! Thanks!!! Steph

Oooh, I like the idea of just toasting them in the skillet. I'll have to try that if I'm in a hurry.

I have a huge container of these on my table right now..lol..did mine in the oven..

Everyone at work always comes into the breakroom trying to figure out what I am eating, and the saying goes...if jamie is eating it, it has to be healthy...;p Good thing they didn't see me scarfing (sp) down those spice jellybeans this weekend..
