Ask Roni: Other Weight Watchers Friendly Recipe Sites

Posted in: Ask Roni Q&A | 18 Comments

I was wondering if you knew of any other good web sites besides yours that includes WWP with their recipes. I never really stray from your site, but I decided that I want to loose weight but I can’t afford to join Weight Watchers so I thought I would just go by a 28 point value system each day and see how that goes for me.

-Kelly

Hi Kelly!

You totally need to stray! There are tons of resources out there! Here are just a few I know of. . .

Please feel free to add links to your favorite weight watcher friendly sites below!

Oh! and when I get some time I’m going to add link to recipes by point values. I can’t believe I haven’t done that yet!

Hope that helps Kelley. Happy recipe hunting! ;)

Don’t let the name scare you. I’m a book freak and that’s where the name comes from.

    Check my recipe tab. :-)

Wow thanks so much for all the information. I agree with Kelly. I can’t afford Weight Watchers either. I just have to figure out how many points I need…

    Thanks again.

I’m not on WW nor do I count points, but THANK YOU everyone for sharing all these resources and THANK YOU, Roni, for the jumping off point. Cheers to healthy living!

Sally – Sorry I have to delete your comment. I don’t want to get in trouble with WW. I do have a link to calculate what WWP target you should have here. . . http://ronisweigh.com/ronis-resources/wwp-calculators

Notice I don’t use a certain trademarked term on the calc. ;~)

I am also going to do a little shameless self promotion. I have a blog that does include WWPs on the recipes. I use to be a WW leader — and I blog about food, exercise, inspiration etc.

Thanks Roni – I love all your blogs and direct so many people to them!

Yet another shameless plug.I just started a blog and while I don’t have the WWPs listed for all recipes I try to include the nutritonal information so you can figure the WWPs. Variety is the spice of life and I look forward to visiting the recipe sites that have been shared.
