We (the boyfriend and me) tried it last night and enjoyed it. We used more veggies, onions and mushrooms and made everything in separate pans as the boyfriend does not like scallops so he had chicken. It came out great. Here is something funny, I have been suggesting your recipes for years and made some for him ( he does most of the cooking though) but he never realized how popular you are. I pulled up GreenLiteBites to show him your recipe and he starts looking at you page and got excited. He was like who is this woman so I briefly explained to him who you were. Now he wants to know how he can blog so he can get advertisers too. Too Funny! He barely even knows how to surf the net. But I think you have a new fan as he was clicking on several of your recipes.
