This was delicious! I made it for some boneless skinless chicken breasts. The hubby forgot to baste while they were cooking, but still was delicious. Great idea, Roni! I love non-store bought marinades.

Should be fine for five. Next time I plan on using it on some boneless chicken tenders. They are so small I could probably stretch it for about 10.

I love apriocot preserves I use it for things like this all the time! I even spread it on my wraps =D

my mom makes an apricot chicken and she bakes it with chopped dried apricots on top too! it’s my absolute fav. meal of hers………. except her salmon!!! definitely comfort food!!!!!!!! :)
