YUM! I didn't include the honey because my kids had plenty of sugar today, but they still came out great! I LOVE the idea of adding oatmeal instead of bread crumbs. Thanks!

NVM!!! I'm a ditz. Of course when you add all the other stuff you would end up with about 20 oz of mixture.

These look great! I'm always up for a new turkey burger recipe.

I was wondering -- how do you figure out the calories, fat, fiber, etc when you make a meal?

Made these tonight and they are INCREDIBLE! If you are reading these comments and contemplating these burgers, MAKE THEM. I used dijon mustard and they were awesome. My husband said they were like candy. Looking forward to lunch tomorrow..... Thanks Roni!

OMG, Roni, you knocked this outta the park! We both LOVED them, can't wait to have the leftovers, I did make them into 4 patties, so I guess 5 PTS each?

http://www.asianfoodgrocer.com/product/house-tofu-hamburger-mix

Found a different brand of this stuff at my asian grocery store. Think you may just fall in love with it if you get some. Plus if it makes the tofu burger taste really meaty you can probably get your toddler to eat it too

These burgers were soooo good. My boyfriend will eat just about anything....even veggies crumbles (lucky me!), and he comment on these burgers were.."its the perfect combination of honey and mustard, and the oats make it so filling"....haha I am sure when I get home from work today the last of them will be gone.

I also saw that they now make a whole wheat white sandwich thin, I didnt bother looking at the ingredents because we eat the other varieties, but its something to keep in mind for those of you that CANT get your kids/husbands to eat whole wheat bread!
