Even my extremely fussy 4 year old daughter ate them - it was the first time she'd ever eaten mashed potatoes. I'll def have to try it. However, I believe my fave parts of the video is you almost losing your mind with the toddler. My toddler was born almost 2 weeks after yours. It just makes me feel better to know that I'm not the only one losing her mind. PS - I cringed when you turned around and Ryan was still close to the knife. I'm always afraid that my little princess will go all Michael Meyers on the dog or something. I would have never thought of putting cream cheese in mashed potatoes. I’ll def have to try it.
