Jenna - I had the chocolate WAAAAY back when. I think I wrote a review about it too but it I lost it in the crash. It's wasn't bad but it wasn't good either. I haven't bought it since, if that tells ya anything. lol

Looks real good. Dont end up eating alot of peanut butter though cause its so high in points. I have been meaning to ask you and this post reminded me! There is a condiment company called "walden farms" that boosts no calories, fat etc in their condiments. and they have peanut spread and chocolate dip, carmel dip, jams, syrups, alfredo sauce, marshmellow dip etc. I am wondering how can they do that? Whats your take on that? It's waldenfarms.com....take a look and let me know what you think, sounds too good to be true

Ok, I needed to make these today. We are snow and flooded in (yes, I live near Fargo). I happened to have egg roll wrappers, but no chocolate chips. I did have ricotta and cinnamon chips (made by Hershey's - like choc. chips). They were great! I've been craving cinnamon rolls, and these toally hit the spot. My husband was home for lunch and tried a couple and liked them. His suggestion: cream cheese not ricotta. He's all about richness. We'll try that tonight for dessert.

Thanks for the quick response!!

The Better N Peanut Butter is a little sweet tasting but shows less sugar grams per serving.?. I really like it, but I never liked PB until a couple of years ago - so I may not be the best opinion.
I was thinking of using it with a Tbsp or so of the Lite Hershey's to thin just a bit to be able to spread it better and add a thin strip of Banana then bake them up for breakfast on the go..???... I may try it and see how it turns out. Anyway, thank you for all you do!!

Ty - There is a point difference only because of size. Other then that the brand I buy is identical. 1 egg roll is about 2 won tons wrappers.

As for Better N PB.. nope.. haven't tried it yet.

Hope that helps!

these look great! i did mine with nuetella in them.
I was wondering if you could recommend a almond butter. I am so afraid to go to the store and spend the money on it. *the jars of almond butter at the grocery store are at least 12 bucks.* so you can see why i am so hesitant.
