I made these for the kids the other day. They were surprisingly very good, considering they are flourless. I liked them even better cold from the fridge the next morning. For someone is who trying to reduce their cholesterol, these make a healthy breakfast or snack. Thanks for the recipe. I'll be making these again soon and trying the raisins next time.

Oh, wanted to add that I used one cup of oat bran, and instant high fiber oatmeal packets for the remaining two cups.

I made these for my mom and she is now obsessed, mine made 20 cups and I think she gave away 10 of them to her girlfriends so they could make them as well. She's obsessed (with good reason) they are fabulous!

Hi Roni,

I just made these tonight! These are SO good!! I used skim milk and added 3 Stevia packets for sweetness. Also, make 12 muffins which bumped them up to 3 pts each. Thanks for sharing the recipe. :)

I am SO excited to try these! I just found your website and I am so excited. I have been on the journey to learn to cook while eating healthier and losing weight about 3 months ago. I am at my goal weight, but having so much fun finding healthier options and learning to cook! Almond milk has been one of my favorite discoveries so I am SO excited.

I am not a chocolate fan (I know, I promise I am still female) so I am going to try them with blackberries.

Finally got around to making these this weekend and they are DELISH. I made a few modifications based on what I had on hand (what isn't listed was the same as your recipe):
- 1/2 cup natural applesauce and two bananas
- 1 egg & 1/4 cup egg whites
- 8th continent light vanilla soy milk
- a packet of Stevia
- 2 cups multigrain oats & 1 cup quick cooking oats (not instant, but the "quick" kind in the container)

They came out AWESOME! With a little PB2 they are great fuel for a workout. Thanks as always, for the inspiration.

I tried these with pumkin as Terri questioned. They were really good. I used a can of pumpkin(instead of banana), left out the egg, used 4 packets of Truvia( the pumpkin need more sweetener than the bananas) and a shake of cinnamon. The rest is the same as your recipe.
What an awesome recipe...you can do so much with it!!

OMG - I love this recipe!!!! Banana muffins (with butter, etc.) are my downfall and these give me a baked, banana treat and stay in line with my "clean eating". I used choc. chips for the kids' and walnuts and cinnamon in mine. Delish! Thanks so much!

If Terri isn't challenging you I might be. I was wondering the same thing this morning. I have 2 ripe bananas and some very ripe apples and no eggs. So naturally I thought of pumpkin. We may try it today.
