		<description>Mmmmmmm, this looks yummy.  I love adding cinnamon to savory dishes, so this is right up my alley.  I also like Kat's idea of using Quinoa, although I do love couscous.</description>

		<description>This was great, I had everything but the couscous so I used quinoa instead.  The best part was a friend came over for dinner and he gave me that male look of....oranges in beef?!? (He's one of those meat and potatoes people)..........he ate two bowls and took some home LOL</description>
