Ummm applesauce might work. But I’ve never tried it. you could also try pumpkin but you may have to sweeten it a bit. If you try let us know!

My daughter and I make them every Sunday and then have the left overs during the week out of the freezer. Haven’t gotten the the husband and adolescent son into eating them yet but hopefully someday. I make mine with 120gms of white whole wheat flour and a cup of unsweetened almond breeze milk. They rise up really well and the almond breeze is only 40 cal a cup.
