My daughter and I make them every Sunday and then have the left overs during the week out of the freezer. Haven't gotten the the husband and adolescent son into eating them yet but hopefully someday. I make mine with 120gms of white whole wheat flour and a cup of unsweetened almond breeze milk. They rise up really well and the almond breeze is only 40 cal a cup. Thanks for all the great recipes. Adalyn loves these, i will have to try your recipe, mine i am sure will be boring in comparison as we only add mashed bananas to whatever pre mix we have!! I posted some yummy potato -chicken-broccoli-onion savory pancakes on www.pickytots.blogspot.com You could change it up to make it whole wheat!
