Makin’ Salisbury Steak

This week’s video is a complete dinner idea from beginning to end. No edits, no camera cuts just me, in my kitchen as I am most nights trying to make a fast healthy home cooked meal for me and the family.

Boring? Possibly. Realistic? Definitely. :~)

I’d love to hear your story or thoughts on mine.

However, to prevent the massive amounts of spam I was receiving I have turned off comments on any post older than 5 days old. If you'd like to leave me a note regarding this post or anything really try me on twitter (@RoniNoone,) my Facebook page, or even IG (@RoniNoone) I'm so sorry for the inconvenience. I never thought I'd have to do this but it's gotten way out of hand and comment management has become simply too time consuming to manage.

Your recipe is a standard in our house, too! So glad you mentioned the all bran, because it wouldn't have been something I would have tried, but it is AWESOME in these! Have a quick question....have you tried the vitalicious cakes? I was thinking of ordering one for Christmas, but wasn't sure how they were! Thanks!

This looks great. What are you suggestions if my husband does not eat onions? Change soups? Oh...maybe I could run the soup through a strainer and catch the pieces..hmm...going to try it :-)

Christy - Don't strain it puree it in the blender!! It will help thicken it as well. :)
