I made this last night Roni, and ohmygoodness, it's absolutely delicious! I loved it! And, everything in it is Core, and I've been thinking about switching from Flex to Core, because I'm having such a hard time getting to my goal. The last 10 pounds (and especially the last 5) have just been a hardship...and I'm not cheating! Before my last 2 weigh-ins, I only had 1.4 pounds to get to goal, then I gained 0.6 at each of my last 2 weigh-ins, so now I'm back to 2.6 to get to goal. The pits! So I'm searching for Core recipes. Thanks!

I've actually never had pomegranate seeds in anything like this. I too, have a husband and toddler who don't like some of the adventurous things I do. Although both do love peas and pomegranates so I might just be in luck with this dish. I love the colors and can't wait to try it. Thanks!

Hey Roni, that looks really yummy! Would you happen to know the nutritional information? (Or be willing to take a stab at it?) Thanks for your site, it is very useful!

Pomegranate is a very nice ingredient for a lot of dishes and besides of its really good taste it is also a very healthy fruit. Rich in antiocidants and antiinflammatory attributes it helps to strengthen the immune system.
