This bread is also great to make a light burrito. Use 1/2 lb lean ground beef or turkey, 1/2 cup of Salsa, 1/4 cup shredded cheese and 1 can of black beans. Brown the meat, add drained and rinsed black beans, salsa and cheese. Roll in Lavash bread. I brown mine slightly in a skillet using cooking spray. Delish. I was hopeing to find a pizza recipe for the bread. Thanks

This is terrific. It is so fulfilling and yet low in points for a meal. I've made it without the meat and used spinach, sundried tomatoes, peppers and onions. It is delicious.

Well it would be 2 for the bread 3 for the cheese and I'd add a point for sauce. 6 is a good bet! That's what I usually count it as. :~)

Wow, nine points for a full serving isn't even that bad if you consider two regular slices of pizza are 10 points, and here you get WAY more!

That looks delish! I am going to have to find that bread this weekend. It would be a quick weeknight meal when I don't have time to make dough from scratch.

Love the new changes on your site :O)

I eat the whole thing when I make it too. It's normally about 8 points. I make mine with a mix of fat free and 2% cheese, and I add tons of mushrooms, tomatoes, and onions. Sometimes I put ground turkey or turkey pepperoni. I LOVE it!
