I just aim to make better choices for my BF and my children. My daughter is almost 9 and is classified as obese per her pediatrician and BMI. While my mantra is &quot;let a kid be a kid,&quot; developing CONSCIOUS eating habits now is instrumental in exercising those habits later. From now on the variety of a &quot;mashed&quot; or &quot;fried&quot; potato in our home will be Sweet!
