I just baked 36 of these dessert cups and they are sooooo pretty!

I didn't have any blackberries, but I just doubled up the blueberries. I love how simple the ingredients are and how versatile this recipe is! :)

I love cheesecake. And I was looking over your site for something sweet to make. I thought why not try and make these with sweetened (reduced fat) cream cheese. Turned out fabulous! I also made some with really small chopped apples, lemon juice, splenda, & cinamon. They're great too. Like mini apple pies!

I've got won ton wrappers on the brain now. What can I make next?

Alexia -

That's because I use whats in my pantry! LOL Thanks for the shout
out, I appreciate the feedback especially because you nailed exactly
what I'm trying to do. Good, healthy food, fast from a "regular"
grocery store. That's what I am all about!

Brittany - Whatever my local store carries. They are usually in the produce
section. Sorry I can't remember the name brand off the top of my
head.

Hi, Roni-
I recently discovered your site and I love it. I am struggling to motivate myself to lose weight after the birth of my first child. She's now four months old and I am realizing I don't have an excuse anymore. Before I even found your site, I was thinking of joining WW because I know several people for whom it worked and I see it really worked for you, too. I will likely be joining before the week it out.

I thought this dessert looked fantastic. I assume you take your own photos and I must say they really are professional quality. At first, I thought that they were pics from a cookbook that you scanned, or that you copied from another site because they were just so flawless and really showed off the meal. Anyway, the pic had me salivating. I don't usually buy berries (too expensive and I am not a big fan) but my husband insisted the other day. I thought it was great that I came across this recipe when I just happened to already have blackberries and blueberries. I hunted several stores for wontons and finally found them. I made them tonight and I was so pleased with them. They are so easy, I actually brought all the "supplies" into the living room and had my little girl "help" me make them! My husband loved them as well. (I added 2 sliced strawberries to the ingredients for a little extra color and because I had them :). I wish I had such daring in the kitchen!

You have such a great site. I will continue to come back daily. Congratulations on finding success and happiness! Thanks again for the great food ideas. I am looking forward to trying more of your recipes.

I must give you a shout out- I just ran across your recipe blog today and I am so impressed. I usually do not stick around long on food blogs because so often, the recipes call for items that nobody ever heard of, or are super expensive. Not to mention time consuming! But your food ideas- they're awesome because it's things that most people have laying around anyway, and if they don't they can't likely get the at the local grocery. I was kind of desparate today because i've been eating super healthy for DAYS and the food boredom had set in. I am going to try some of your recipes. Kudos!

Hi,
These look YUMMY!!!!

I was curious, you said that there are 4 servings and 1 serving is 4 dessert cups BUT you only use a total of 8 wontons; am I missing something? Maybe I am too busy drooling all over my computer and have missed something ;)
