I just have to thank you, Roni, for this great recipe. I make a big batch of waffles and freeze them at least 2-3 times a month. I pop them into my toaster oven, get the toddler in the car, and "share" my breakfast as we run errands. He loves them and I know they are healthy. Thanks again for sharing.

I had some over-ripe bananas sitting on my counter and kept trying to think of what to do with them....we've exhausted the frozen banana and banana bread routes...and then I remembered you had these. They were a wonderful alternative to our normal Sunday breakfasts and a great way to use the bananas. I'm on a "waste nothing" mission for the next two weeks....no eating out...and eating only what is in our kitchen....so I'll be frequenting this site for ideas! Come up with some more bulgur recipes in your "spare" time :-)

I just made these this morning. They were really tasty! I have one more banana & egg to use up so I may another batch today and freeze 'em all for a quick and easy breakfast on my way to work. Great idea! Thank you for all of the delicious recipes and ideas.
