My 14 year old son, very picky 11 year old daughter and even the 15mos old baby girl all ate it. The two older kids NEVER like the same food, so this was amazing! Also, the baby doesn't usually like casseroles, but kept "asking" for more of this. Thanks for a great easy meal! PS - hubby doesn't like casseroles - but ate his whole serving without complaining. :) Great recipe - I love comfort food. DH isn't a huge stew fan either but he ate most of his and said it was good. He wasn't jumping up and down though. I, on the other hand, had two servings. BTW, the portions are huge! It went together fast and tasted delicious. The worst part was cutting up the chicken. It reminds me a little bit of Hamburger Helper (but with chicken, and without the fat-filled, cheesy sauce.
