This was just a quick idea I had for dessert tonight. The toddler and I had such a great dinner and he ate so well I wanted to make a fun healthy snack.
I used a fat free pudding cup (4 oz) and 1/4 cup unflavored non-fat yogurt. Mix and serve with a spoon or a pint of strawberries for dipping! The toddler and dipped and then he finished it off with a spoon. It was huge hit that Iâ€™ll be making again!
Iâ€™m posting nutritional info for one serving but if youâ€™re dipping itâ€™s more then that. Just divide the number of calories by the number of servings you get.
