Double check the ingredients in the yogurt and watch for tapioca and high fructose corn syrup (hfcs). Try not to buy things with hfcs. La Yogurt, has a nonfat plain & vanilla (32 oz only) that's the best I've seen, at a very, very reasonable price. How about just low-fat vanilla yogurt and add cocoa.
