Are you freezing fresh strawberries for it or using store-bought frozen berries? I&#039;ve heard of frozen banana giving smoothies a better texture, does the berry do the same thing?

		<description><![CDATA[No problem! I&#039;m on WW too, so anytime I can squeeze extra fiber out of something, you can bet I&#039;ll do it. :) I made this smoothie this morning with my protein powder and added sosme Benefiber and it was so great, so thanks for the awesome recipe!

I&#039;m also eating the Tortilla-less Tortilla soup as we speak and have to go home tonight and make another batch of your 100% whole wheat banana muffins. I added some dark chocolate chips and my hubby, parents and little brother devoured them! Awesome recipes all-around!]]></description>
