English muffins pizza was my favorite after school treat as well. I made mine with Rague and american cheese ( a bit embarrassing but I was 10). My girlfriend also loved english muffin pizza but sad to say she was a step below me on the culinary ladder and topped her pizza with ketchup and cheese whiz.
