We made a foil bag and threw them on the grill with some lean steaks. Huge hit, even 2yr old ate up his spears!

Wow! I love this recipe. I cooked them exactly as you said and then placed them on top of a ricotta pasta dish that called for asparagus and lemon. Mmm! Thanks for the recipe!

A friend of mine recieved some fresh, home-grown grape fruits. So, instead of lime, I use sliced grapefruit atop, and it was a hit! My husband loved it, so it’s definitely a winner.

Looks great Roni! I’ll tell you though, you could have a successful career in food photography. I’ve never seen food pictures before, that were as beautiful as yours!
